This policy covers how Sunburst Design uses course registrant personal information.

Sunburst Design takes your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

The only time that Sunburst Design shares student names and email addresses is with companies that sponsor Sunburst Design open-enrollment training classes, such as providers of simulation training licenses, and only if the the sponsor requests the student information.

Other than sponsored classes, any personal information received will only be used to answer questions or complete course registrations. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone else.

Refund Policy

This section covers Sunburst Design's course refund policy.

For individual (non-corporate) course attendees, payment 5 days in advance is required (personal credit card preferred) to guarantee your registration.

Based on availability, course registration may be possible with less than 5 days advance payment (see Sunburst Design for scheduling details).

You may cancel your course registration up to (but not less than) 24 hours in advance of the scheduled course, to receive a full refund.
